These terms govern all transactions between you (the customer) and KN Footwear, including order placement, payment, shipping, returns, and refunds. 2. Order Placement & Confirmation

  • To place an order, you must provide accurate, complete information (e.g., shipping address, contact details, payment information). Incorrect details may lead to delays, order cancellation, or non-delivery.
  • After submitting your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email (sent to the email address you provided) acknowledging receipt. This confirmation does not constitute order acceptance—we will send a second email once your order is processed and shipped to confirm fulfillment.
  • KN Footwear reserves the right to cancel or modify orders at any time (e.g., due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or non-compliance with these terms). If your order is canceled, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund for any payments made.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All product prices displayed on knkeep.com are in USD (United States Dollars) and include applicable taxes (where required by law). Prices are subject to change without notice, but we will honor the price listed at the time you place your order (provided the order is accepted).
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods as indicated on the checkout page. All payment transactions are processed through encrypted, third-party payment providers to ensure the security of your financial information—KN Footwear does not store your full payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Responsibility: We will ship your order to the address you provided during checkout.
